We want you to be completely satisfied with your AGUA by Agua Bendita purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene liners are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
